Large format 3D printing enabled us to create this 2m40 light, printed in several pieces. It's easy to assemble and disassemble, as all components fit inside the base trunk. This intelligent design optimizes transport and on-site storage.

It's also easily movable thanks to its numerous handles, wheels and weight of only 15 kg for 2m40 height. This exceptional lightness results from our expertise in 3D printing finishes and structural optimization.

In addition to PLA PRO filament designed for outdoor use, the light can be equipped with battery, LEDs and timer to function like a real regulatory construction site light.

This 1:1 scale prototype allows verification of all final product values, whether shapes, dimensions, assembly and clearance between fixings, coloring and visual impact. This complete validation avoids costly errors in series production phase.
