An appearance model or a chair you can use?

The 3D printed prototype is first and foremost used to validate shape, proportions and aesthetics. For seated use, feasibility depends on the design and the chosen material: we assess it in the quote, without promising a strength that only the final production material can guarantee.

Which files should I provide?

A STEP or STL file is ideal. Otherwise, a dimensioned drawing, sketches or an existing object to digitise with our 3D scanner are a good starting point.

Can it be printed at full scale?

Yes: up to 110×110×170 cm in a single piece, which covers most chairs and armchairs. Beyond that, the object is printed in several assembled parts.

What budget and lead time should I plan for?
